Rana Adwinda

Rana Adwinda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Airlangga University. She is helping as a research assistant for a collaboration research between Airlangga University and Yale University that focuses on mobile technologies to prevent diseases and promote health in Indonesia. She has heightened interests in global and population health and her study focuses on epidemiology and health promotion.

Rizma Dwi Nastiti

Rizma Dwi Nastiti graduating from Faculty of Public Health Universitas Airlangga on 2020, then continuing Epidemiology Master Degree on 2022 in the same campus. Her study focus is on Epidemiology Surveillance Management and Health Information. Nowadays, she helps the team of the Faculty for conducting researches on Epidemiology and Public Health.

Intan Sulistyawati Batubara

Intan is a PhD nursing student at Yale University, with research interests in leveraging digital health innovations to improve antiretroviral adherence among people living with HIV. She has been involved in global health projects focused on training and developing prototypes for early mental health detection among individuals with mental health disorders, postpartum mothers, and migrant workers in Indonesia, Taiwan, and Timor-Leste. 

Santi Martini, MD

Dr. Santi Martini, MD., M.Kes is a professor in disease epidemiology and Dean in the Faculty of Public Health Universitas Airlangga since 2020. Prof. Santi obtained her doctorates from the Universitas Airlangga Indonesia. She graduated from School of Medicine Universitas Airlangga and Master Program of Gadjah Mada University, She’s also chief of Tobacco Control Support Centre (TCSC) of Indonesia Public Health Association East Java. She’s conducted many research related to non-communicable diseases and the risk factors such as stroke, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, nasopharygeal cancer, smoking behavior among youth and as well, epidemiology of COVID-19. Prof. Santi is a collaborator for Global Burden of Disease (GBD) study lead by Institute Health Metric and Evaluation (IHME).

Bohan Zhang, MM, RN

Bohan Zhang, a PhD candidate at School of Nursing, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a visiting assistant student in research at Yale University School of Nursing. Her research focuses on post-stroke care, nursing informatics, and evidence- based nursing, with a commitment to improving rehabilitation quality and quality of life for stroke patients. Through integrating modern information technology with evidence-based nursing approaches, she has developed several innovative nursing interventions and published multiple research papers in international academic journals. Bohan has participated in various interdisciplinary collaborative research projects, providing valuable evidence-based references for clinical nursing decisions and promoting data-driven and personalized nursing practices.

Kurnia Dwi Artanti, MD.,M.Sc

Dr. Artanti is a lecturer in Epidemiology at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. With a background in medicine and public health, she specializes in non-communicable diseases (NCDs), tobacco control, and child health. Her research focuses on understanding the impact of NCDs on communities, developing effective tobacco prevention strategies, Global burden disease and promoting community-based immunization programs to improve child health. Dr. Artanti is committed to advancing public health through education and research, dedicating her efforts to addressing critical health challenges in Indonesia and beyond, with a focus on empowering communities to improve health outcomes. 

Arief Hargono, Drg., M.Kes.

Dr. Hargono is an Associate Professor in the Division of Epidemiology, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Airlangga. His research focus on Epidemiology Surveillance and Health Information Systems, especially on Global Burden of Disease, Immunization, Tobacco Control, HIV, and Disaster Management. He has research activity and publication on Managerial Epidemiology and copyright on health applications such as Community-Based Covid-19 Surveillance, Epidemiology Surveillance in School-Age Children, and Integrated Community-Based Public Health Information Systems.

Yuchen Zhao, MA

Yuchen Zhao is a Ph.D. candidate in Digital Media at Georgia Tech. Her research focuses on XR, digital humanities, and digital health. She is currently leading a project called BioVR, which explores the integration of real-time biofeedback into XR as a novel interaction mechanism with applications across various domains.
